Blandford is a Georgian Market Town located in the heart of Dorset. It is within easy reach of the resorts that line the southern Dorset coast.

Blandford Bowling Club is located on the town's recreational ground and is one of the many excellent local facilities supported by the Town Council.

We take pride in being a friendly, active and well run Club that warmly welcomes visitors and new members. In particular we welcome touring teams.

The Club has been established since 1930 although there is a Bowling Green shown on a map of 1732 that describes the extent of the Great Fire of Blandford. This Green was within 500 metres of our current Club.

The Committee is ambitious and is always striving to improve facilities, playing conditions and social programmes. New members are always very welcome.

The club has very active juniors', ladies' and men's sections.
